The kettle answers.

One number, one brewer, no phone tree. If he’s at the kettle or out in the birch, leave a message. He calls back the same day.

Best time to catch him: mornings, when the kettle’s on.

The consultation

What he’ll
ask you.

The first call is about fifteen minutes, and it’s a conversation, not a questionnaire. Nothing to prepare, but this is roughly where it goes:

  • How do your mornings actually go?
  • What’s your caffeine story so far?
  • Sleep: deep, thin, or somewhere in between?
  • What flavors feel like home to you?
  • What are you reaching for: steadier days, softer evenings, both?

Your answers become the formula. That’s the whole trick.

Batch notes

Small batches go to the list first.

When a new batch leaves the kettle, the list hears about it before anyone else: a short note from the brewer, a number, a count. Nothing else, ever.

Rather write first?

Leave a note for the kettle.

Tell him a little about what you’re hoping a brew could do, and he’ll call you. Keep an eye out for a (952) number.

Quick answers

Before you dial.

Where are you located?

RXChaga brews out of Minnesota. There’s no storefront yet. Consultations happen by phone, and pickup or delivery is arranged personally once your brew is ready.

Do you ship?

Ask when you call. Fulfillment is arranged batch by batch, and he’ll sort out what works for where you are.

Can I gift a brew?

Yes. The Gifted Brew is a consultation and custom formula for someone you love. Mention it’s a gift and he’ll arrange the recipient’s call around the surprise.
